Shipping costs are calculated based on geographical location of delivery address and total weight of parcel. Please follow checkout options to receive your calculated rate and estimated delivery time from your selected carrier.
The processing time for all orders is 48 to 72 business hours. Once the order ships, a confirmation email will be sent to you with detailed tracking information. Please contact us in the event your package is delayed and we will be happy to help locate the parcel.
It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate address information and a safe drop off. Once the package has left our location, we are not responsible for lost, damaged, misdelivered or stolen packages.
Undeliverable parcels will be sent back to us in which the shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable.

Once an order has been placed, we are unable to cancel or refund the order. We are not accepting any returns or exchanges at this time.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if any items are defective or damaged. You have three (3) business days upon receiving your order to notify our team. You may email our team at customerservice@cebbynandjacq.com with a photograph and description of what’s wrong and/or how the package was damaged. Please allow our team five (5) business days to review your concern and reply with next steps so that we can make it right for you.
