About Us

Cebbyn and Jacq was conceived in the living room on a summer afternoon in 2021.  Our founders, Angela Pestano and Tiffany Shanks, have been best friends since the 4th grade and are more like sisters than friends. While having a visit with each other and lamenting over the need for something new, Tiffany said “I've been thinking about a business idea...what do you think about doing it together?"  It was just that simple. Angela and Tiffany both have a passion for self-care and helping others.  They believe that self-care is multifaceted and important to a healthy life. What better way to pursue their common passions than to join forces.   The name Cebbyn and Jacq is a play on the middle names of our founders Tiffany Cebbyn and Angela Jacqueline.  The company is the essence of who they are and what they want to share with the world. 

Tiffany was born and raised in Chicago, IL and is now a resident of Los Angeles, CA. After several years in corporate America, Tiffany combined her business acumen and passion for helping others to  pursue a career in the field of mental health. In 2014, she became a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist and began a private practice two years later. Tiffany’s personal and professional mission is to help others feel good about who they are while prioritizing self-care and wellness. Tiffany is married with one daughter, two sons and a cocker spaniel. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, watching movies, hiking and reading autobiographies.
